  I’m living in a single bedroom on the 3rd floor. I moved in over a month ago and can honestly say nothing too bad about this place.
  
  I’m not gonna lie, I really needed quality housing so when I saw the comments and reviews about roaches I almost didn’t bother to apply. But you should know that I have not seen one single roach since I’ve been here!!! I feel like it may be hit or miss depending on what part of the complex you live (it is huge).
  
  There was however some mold under my sink where it looked like the tenants before me just let the sink leak below, but when I informed maintenance they hopped right on it and also fixed a few other things in my apartment since. And they also respect your privacy which I feel is important.
  
  The property manager and leasing team are so great too! There’s really strict parking rules and I accidentally got my girlfriend and I towed one night after work. The property manager worked with me because I had just moved in and wasn’t familiar with the policy. I didn’t have to pay a dime to get our cars back!
  
  I love this place so far. I also like the whole balcony/patio area, although I wish their was more privacy out there. So if you’re looking for a place that is perfect, this is not it, but then again what apartments are for this price? I feel as though it is worth it and plan on renewing next year.
