  I had the worst customer experience at this location. I was shopping for a Samsung front load washer, and I literally live one road away from the store. I went in with the expectation that Home Depot would have good customer service and match prices of Lowe’s. The worker in the appliance area obviously was new and could not work a deal on the price match of Lowe’s. He called over the assistant manager Marcus, who displayed the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Long story short I went to Lowe’s who offered great customer service, the same exact product over $150 cheaper and could deliver the product faster than Home Depot. I will never shop at this Home Depot again even though they are practically my neighbors.
