  We have used Heritage Mechanical Services for over 5 years. The owner Eric, services both our home and rental properties. He is fast and reliable. Hardworking and prompt. He installed 2 entire units for us on less than a few hours notice and the price was great! Those units work with out fail year after year. We have referred him to friends and family, and they have referred him again. You simply will not find anyone better in the business. Every job is done right the first time. On our most recent service call (on our cantankerous home unit --installed by someone before we found Eric), he asked us to hold payment until he could be sure the fix worked. Of, course it worked. We knew it would work, as his work is of the highest quality, but he insisted.He knows what he is doing. He is honest. He is the epitome of customer service!
