  Very frustrating experience... My dad needed to get his rotatory cuff worked on and it did not happen. We've been waiting for this appointment for over 6 months. Enormous amount of pain my dad has been through because of his shoulder. The doctors scheduled his surgery knowing that my dad is a diabetic and told him not to take his insulin before he came in. Weird right? No eating, no drinking, and no insulin. That's exactly what we did. After waiting two hours in the waiting room, they finally took him back to prep him. Well by then, his blood sugar was super high. Off the charts. They canceled the surgery, blamed my father for not "taking care of himself" and being unsafe, and then insulted me on top of that. We spent all day in the ER lowering his blood sugar. Money wasted, time was wasted, and all for what? Is this what we are paying hundreds of dollars for? To pay doctors to play with my dads blood sugar like that? This is common freaking sense. Diabetics need their insulin or a supplement. I do not suggest this doctor if you are a diabetic.
