  The scan experience was fine. Customer support after the fact is like dealing with the DMV or post office. I "self-paid" which provided a discount. When I asked for what the discount was, I was told, "The discount is so that all we have to do is collect the fee and we don't have to answer questions like this . . ." Was told they would try to find out something for me and would call back in a few minutes. Three hours later no call and no answer at the office.
  
  The firm that handles their billing is a black hole that does not answer either. Not happy.
  
  Update: an accommodating man from the billing agreed to send a statement of discount. The hassle from point A to point B is what this review is about.
